Surehand is a small operator-run firm. We deploy governed agents for clients and run them. Each agent connects to your tools, runs under your written rules, and leaves a record a person can audit. Every deployment runs on Gatehouse, the control plane we built.

How an engagement runs
It starts with a teardown.
Deployment
Your team signs a manifest that sets the agent's scope, spend limit and named approver. The agent runs on Gatehouse under that manifest.
Operation
We run the deployment after launch, then hand it over. The audit trail exports in open formats.
